writes:I wonder if anyone can help. I have been working in telesales for the past 8 years and I'm not reaching targets. I'm finding that Sales may not be the career for me. However, due to the poor wage I earn, and financial commitments I have, I'm unable to quit my job to go back into education.  education part time outside of work.
Get a co worker who does do well sit down with you, view what you're doing and assist you on changing it.
