You say you dont really have any, maybe work a little too hard sometimes or maybe try too hard. My weakness is that sometimes I try TOO hard to please.

The key here is to say 'although my weakness is _____, I can improve on it by ____'. You have to show them that you can recognise your weaknesses but are willing to work on it. For example, you may say that your weakness is communicating with others but, you are currently learning new techniques on how to communicate better with others.

Lateness is a problem that is fast fading in the industry. You ever heard of flexi-time?
My advice is to turn any questions on your weakness to a strong point.
For example, if they ask you “what you do feel is your weakness?”. If you answer that you have none, then they will either think you are absolutely great or a complete lair. Most likely the latter. However, if you say, I feel that I am "......(weakness)". I have, however; recently have made actions to address this matter by (what you are doing to solve this)". This shows them that you are able to identify your weaknesses and make resolutions to address these.
Have confidence. Confidences on your skills, confidence on why you feel you should be the best person for the job are the key factors. If you don’t get the job, don’t despair, try another. Research the company you are applying for and learn their global objectives. Tell them how you can meet these.
Good luck!

Always being late wouldn't need to be a worry or a weakness if you tried to deal with it instead of just accepting it is a weakness, if you want to get a job and you don't want to lose it then you need to address your punctuality problem as not only will you keep losing jobs because of it but you become more and more unemployable as the time goes on because your CV will show more and more jobs that didn't last that long and reason for end of employment would be lack of punctuality therefore unreliable, and noone will give you a good referance for any new job because of this, would also be a shame if you found the perfect job that you loved and then lost it because of this.

Just remember, you don't have to lie, but you don't have to tell the truth either, if you get what I mean. Elaborate a little, give yourself a chance of getting the job and then make sure you 'lose' all your weaknesses, improve your punctuality etc. Good luck, hope you get the job.
