Have you thought about maybe becoming a midwife ? You can take the training, I believe its a two year course as you effectively become a nurse aswell. Is there nothing else you would be interested in, are you sure this is right for you ? I think you need to ask yourself why you want to work with young expectant mothers first before deciding on path you want to take. Many colleges run course for midwifery aswell as nursing courses and social care. So dependant on where you are why not do a search for the local colleges around you and see what courses interest you.
