 Well have you looked at maybe being a Surveyor ? Its a hard course and needs alot of time, but once you are qualified you can either be part of an organisation or earn money on your own... RICS (Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors) once you have that the world could be your Oyster, it is a very long course and hard work but good to get thrown into to.
