Suffering "teacher burnout"...

This question is to my career and also interpersonal issues with colleagues at work. I am fifty and have been teaching for twenty five years. I enjoy it but had to start all over again at a new school in a different part of the country as my husband is in the military. That was a big adjustment but the students I work with are quite nice except for one who is verbally abusive and has tried to be physically abusive. I also work with much younger colleagues...twenty five to thirty. They are gracious to me but it is hard to relate to them and I find it lonely. I have often wondered what it would be like to go to a job without the stresses of teaching and with a little more support. I am five years from retirement but this is like a marathon race and I just feel so tired at the thought of returning to this profession in the fall.I guess I would like feedback at trying to relate to these young colleaques and keeping from burning out.
