I think you should take the management position because it would be a great opportunity. When you manage a team of people it's not just about work, you will have to learn what makes them tick so you can get the best out of them and ensure that they are in a setteled environment.

It would also be good for you if you were then to take this experience into a different kind of role i.e soial worker.

If you are passionate about learning new skills then you will be able to work and study at the same time.

Being a manager is a very challenging role but when your confident in what your dong you find the balance between work and your personal life i.e studying.

I hope you decide to accept the opportunity... good luck

lisa_01 agony auntwow your soo lucky to be offerd that position, you must be really good at your job. In the past i tried to get a job at supre but did not get in but i hope in the future i get the postion you where just offered. i think you should go with what you want, picture yourself in 5 years, what do you want to be doing, working at supre selling clothing? or doing social work with people who dont know how to speak english very well, dont be pressured in to doing something your not really wanting to do, just because the its there does not mean you have to do it.
