anon2907 agony aunthey,

property development and recruitment are totally different - which one are you really interested in?? Have you seen a career counsellor to help you decide on an appropriate career??

If you decide on property development, you're going to need capital behind you - it's risky, but the rewards are apparently worth it. I'd suggest you'd have to be fairly skilled in DIY at the least and prepared to get your hands dirty in order to get the best profit from a property. Watch Property Ladder, there's a UK and US version and they both spot the pitfalls in the 'career'.

As far as recruitment is concerned, I'm not sure where you'd get training in that. Maybe contact recrutiment agencies and see if they'll take on an apprentice?? Do some research on the net or speak to a career counsellor, they should be able to point you to the first step.

Good luck
