You have asked the same question as what i have been asking myself although you have not really said what kind of job you want?
Working in a call centre myself i have got rather bored of doing the same thing day in day out - after asking a lot of questions and recently graduating in business admin and customer service i fancy the idea of a recruitment officer, this way you have still got the customer service and it is varied everyday. Yu need to specify what kind of job you would like? something similar or totally different
