 I assume you have a home computer? For starters...use your program skills to see if you can type stuff up for students in the pharmacy and medical professions...maybe even tutor them at home.
Next, you have an amazing story as a cancer survivor...write it out, give lectures and sell your story in the form of a book (see lulu.com for ideas).
Website business could make use of your Spanish translation.
