I want to proceed and get my idea marketed, whats the best way forward ?

I have been working on a prototype antigravity propulsion system, very basic, yet complex at the same time.

I am also contemplating incorporating this as alternatives to existing sports, skateboarding for instance.

In the film Back to the Future 2, Marty has a hoverboard. I have developed a way for this to work and am currently constructing my own.

Where would I be best sending these ideas to for marketing purposes?
