I have similar problems. Most work places now should work around any disabilties and use occupational therapy to accomodate any problems you may have. It is recommended that you move about as much as possible anyway if you are in a job that involves you being at a desk to avoid RSI (repetative strain injury). Every 25-30 minutes you should try and get up and walk around, stretch your legs. Don't forget, employers cannot discriminate over any disability you may have. Take care and I hope things work out.
