 First register with the site, as you already have. I think when you said you wanted to help people with their problems, Id think you mean more relationship problems dont you? If that is true, then go to www.dearcupid.org, which is basically a sister site to this one, so you could actually use your same login to help others there.
Well, all you have to do is literally click 'reply to this question' whenever you read a question that you feel you could help with. Then click on 'Add you answer' and that'll do. Wait for a while and your answers will be online in no time. Hope this helps.
