I suggest you listen to the wise words of Anthony Robbin's, who, IMO is the best life coach there is. You'll need to get rid of your defeatest "I just cannoy get the opportunities" mentality because whilst you retain thinking like that; you'll get nowhere.
Step one, I think, is that you need to understand the importance of goal setting. Without goals, you'll never achieve what you want in life. And you need to set yourself goals if you are going to achieve that level of success in 6 years.
I suggest you do the following:
Spend some time writing all your personal goals you want to achieve, e.g. "learn a new language", "run a marathon", "get married" in a list. Write whatever comes to mind.
Now do the same for "things" goals. e.g. "Drive a powerful car [enter model/make here]", "own a property abroad", "have all the latest technology in my home", "own my own property worth at least 1 million"
Now do the same for "financial" goals. e.g. "Earning 45,000 per year", "Investment in the stock market", "Investment in property", "enough savings for me to retire by age 50"
Write as many as you can think of. Be imaginative. Any thing at all, any dream you can imagine up, write down.
Now categorise each of your goals in to a time period. Categorise them in to:
1 year or shorter
3 years or shorter
5 years or shorter
10 years or shorter
20 years or shorter
Now choose your top three 1 year goals from personal, things and financial. These are your "TOP 9 GOALS" that you are going to achieve in the next 12 months.
Write underneigh these goals why you want to achieve them. e.g. "Everytime I use my cash card, I'll see thousands of pounds showing as available in my account" - feel it - feel how good it would be to be that kind of person who already has the goals you want - it's a GREAT feeling isn't it? You can have that feeling. But the feeling has to be stronger than the feeling of realising you WONT ever have that. People make choices on what brings more "real" pleasure to them. It's why a fat person eats a box of doughnuts rather than goes for a run to loose weight; the pleasure from eating is greater than the perceived pleasure they'll get from going for a run. You must feel with absolute certainty how great your life would be if you achieved those goals. That is enough to drive you to achieve them.
Last - RIGHT NOW do one thing that starts you off working towards one of your goals. It could be making a phone call to arrange something, or gettting information from a website sent to you. Don't delay - you must do this TODAY.
Print out your goals, and look at them frequently because every single big decision you make from now on is going to be questioned against whether or not it is in the interest of your goals. If you are determined, put in the time, effort and work, you will achieve your 1 year goals within one year. And you can, quite easily, attain your goal of earning that figure by 35, of that I am most sure :)
