Hi,

I've been working for the past 8 years or so in 3D modelling / animation and really want to move up a bit in my career, but feel as though I've hit a brick wall. Wondering if anyone has any tips on career options for someone with my experience?

create a portfolio on the net, and send this to Pixar, Dreamworks, all the major animation companies, also just create things for fun as this willl improve tecniques, post on forums your work, create short movies for your portfolio the bigger amount of work you have the more people have to see and enjoy sending off CV's and the rest of it
