A male Kenya age 30-35, *wendwa writes:

I graduated in 2001 and got a temporary job as a tutor in hotel management. in 2003 I joined one of the biggest tea marketing companies as a production supervisor.I was hoping to be promoted but I am still in the same grade as i joined and the salary is very poor plus I am repaying my university loan. I am thinking of going back to the hotel industry where the salaries are better but I have applied to about 116 vacancies without success. I have consulted on the writing of a cv because I thought it may be the problem but to no avail. I regret having changed my career (I have a bsc. in hotel and institution management.) please help me find the best way to do this. if any one could link me with some hotel for intern ship I would be grateful. please I am in great stress
