I heard someone in the business say "if you'll stop at something, they'll stop you". So you have to be manical to keep persuing it.
Congratulations, you are sane. That is much more likely to lead you to a happy life than show biz.

With such a negative attitute you are right - you'll never achieve it.
You could though, set yourself realistic targets. I take it you want to be an actress? There will be choices and options you can take as you get older than can help you get in to this industry. For starters, you may be able to do drama or a similar course at school that can get you more comfortable with acting. You can then work at getting small casts in background roles for commercials or other tv programs, and basically get yourself better known. You never know, you might get spotted.
Hollywood is the ideal - but you need realistic - and smaller targets and goals in the meanwhile to get there. Setting yourself these goals, and aiming to meet them, will show if you really do want to be an actress or not.
All the best!
