I would like to train to work in Human Resources. I am prepared to study for any qualifications but would like to be trained whilst working for a company who would in turn sponsor me for the cost of the relevant qualifications.

You might find that if you can get some qualifications yourself then a company will take you on and help you go further.

Jadzia1127 agony aunt The only time I have ever heard of that happening the person already worked in the company, they had made the right connections and friends, and had the job and schooling offered to them on a silver platter.

Some companies do have education plans, where they will pay for some or all your education while you work for them. Take them up on the offer and get trained in HR. The more a company has to invest in you the more you are worth to them, so the chances would be good if you got the training you could get the job.
