Try teaching it’s a shortage subject you will get good grants and the chances of a job are good and the pay is very good.

Maths can take you into a wide range of science and policy jobs. I didn't have a clue what I wanted to do when I finished my degree so I worked for a year and then went back to do a masters degree, worked a few more years and then did a PhD. My point is that perhaps you would be better off getting some work experience as you can only really work out what you want to be if you have some practical experience of it. Try a few short-term jobs or work placements and you will know which area is right for you.
